No, we provide group tickets to everything on Broadway & Off Broadway as well. Additionally, post-show talkbacks and a variety of workshops, that we tailor specifically for your groups, are available upon request. We can also arrange bus transportation for your group as well as group meals and admissions to major attractions and museums throughout New York City.
We believe in good ol’ fashioned customer service here at Broadway Genius Group Sales. Therefore, we’d love to chat with you and take your order over the phone. Upon placing an order, a request is submitted on your behalf to the box office who will confirm or deny the request based upon the availability of the requested dates and tickets. Placing an order does not guarantee that your ticket order will be filled nor is payment required. You will be contacted by our office on the status of your order within 3 business days.
You will be contacted via e-mail by Jody or Jason that your order has been confirmed. The e-mail you receive will be your official confirmation that tickets are available and an invoice. At that time, you will be given a payment due date, payment instructions and your seat locations (if available). Payment must be received by the date indicated on your invoice or the order is automatically cancelled.
If your order is below the group minimum for any show then we must cancel your group order and replace it with an Individual Ticket order. Be advised, there are no discounts on Individual Ticket orders and service fees will apply.
We can take a ticket order for any show for any time. If a show has not currently released a block of tickets for the date you are interested in Broadway Genius Group Sales will hold on to your ticket request and submit it to the box office once your desired date is on sale. Please note an order is never confirmed until you receive a confirmation invoice.
Tickets for certain shows sell out quickly. If your order is denied by the box office, we will make every effort to set your group up with tickets to an alternate date or show.
We understand a show closing can be difficult and will be happy to switch you into a different show or refund your payment. Ticket prices and locations may not be the same. Please contact Jody or Jason for assistance. If your tickets have been mailed to you please send the tickets back to our office so we can begin the refund/ticket switch process. These are dates that shows do not offer group discounts. A traditional blackout period includes performances around Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, and other major holidays.
If you believe your tickets to be lost for any reason, please call Broadway Genius Group Sales immediately at 877-973-2929. If your tickets are lost we will contact the box office to see if a ticket re-print is an option or a lost ticket voucher will be issued. Either scenario requires the tickets to be held at the box office and the tickets or voucher can be picked up on the day of the show only.
Please note that performances are very rarely cancelled due to weather conditions. If a performance is cancelled for any reason, you are entitled to a full refund. If you choose not to attend your show for any reason, you are not entitled to a refund but we will make every effort to Past Date your tickets for a future date provided that the show you are seeing allows for this.
